Position Summary

As an Aesthetic Roofing Production Manager starting at $75k - $90k annual base salary (depending on experience), you will be responsible for assessing and analyzing departmental budgets to identify ways to optimize profitability, overseeing production and fulfillment operations and promoting lean and efficient day-to-day practices to ensure timely installs, and identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue. Your success will be determined by your ability to develop and implement systems and processes which enable scaling and expansion into future markets, and drive results across departments in current operations.

• Track progress, assess issues and identify solutions to meet deadlines while maintaining productivity, quality, and customer goals
• Coordinate install schedule for roof, solar, gutter, all trades of work required in the scope of work
• Build and place material and work orders for roof installs, solar work, gutter work, all trades of work required to complete scope of work.
• Reconcile material and work orders on a weekly basis to ensure timely and accurate payments to our subcontractors and suppliers.
• Forecast potential bottlenecks that may arise in the customer journey
• Decrease time to fulfillment through improving operational efficiency within the production department.
• Work in conjunction with accounting and senior leadership to develop budgets for the production department.
• Oversee the quality control division within the production department, ensuring all documentation of install is accurate and complete.
• Ensure all proper permits and preliminary liens are filed with compliance, in a timely manner.
• Develop positive working relationships, where applicable, with customers and mitigate negative experiences that result in missed or inaccurate communication.

Job Requirements

• Must have minimum 2 years of quantifiable operations management or relevant roofing production experience

• Must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate to South Jordan, Utah

• Must be able to work in-office from 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

• Must be comfortable and capable using cloud-based technology systems such as Xactimate, G-Suite, Word, Excel, and CRM systems

• Prior insurance negotiation or project estimation experience is strongly recommended

• Must be comfortable and capable of both written and verbal communication

• Experience in B2C customer service is strongly encouraged but not required

• Must have a valid drivers license and be authorized to work in the U.S.
