Role
The Sales Director is the driver of revenue growth. You’ll report directly to the CEO and take full ownership of building, scaling, and leading our sales organization. This isn’t a personal sales role—it’s about leading from the front, enforcing outcomes, and building a machine that scales.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll actually do:
Build, structure, and scale the sales organization—multiple teams, multiple managers, continuously growing.
Manage the sales pipeline, KPIs, and scoreboards to keep performance visible and accountability high.
Oversee the recruiting pipeline—running group interviews, onboarding, and building a consistent flow of top reps.
Assign territories/routes strategically and enforce activity standards.
Conduct ride-alongs with reps and managers for training, coaching, and accountability.
Run 1:1s with sales managers and collaborate with operations to ensure alignment and execution.
Create systems, processes, and performance-based comp structures that directly tie to collected profit.
Results
Success in this role looks like:
Driving 100%+ year-over-year growth (we’ve already sustained 50%—we want you to double it).
Building a scalable sales org with multiple teams running independently.
Recruiting and retaining high-performance sales talent that thrives in our culture.
Increasing show rates, close rates, and revenue per rep by implementing training and accountability systems.
Delivering continuous month-over-month revenue growth.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has already built and led high-performance D2D sales teams in home services. Roofing/insurance experience is strongly preferred. Specifically, you should have:
Proven success leading D2D teams, with the ability to reverse declines and enforce outcomes within 90 days.
Experience building a recruiting machine that consistently brings in new reps.
Track record implementing nurture systems that boosted show rates by 15–25 points.
Deep understanding of performance-based comp tied to collected profit, including gates, clawbacks, and baseline setting.
Experience managing managers or pods, with the ability to scale to multiple teams.
Data-driven leadership style with scoreboards, coaching, and KPIs at the center.
Emotionally stable, disciplined, and a coach-first leader who builds teams through accountability and growth.
Compensation & Perks
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 – $300,000
Base salary + performance bonuses tied to results

In-person role based out of South Jordan, Utah
Occasional local travel around the Salt Lake Valley
Schedule: Must be available Monday–Saturday, 9am–9pm (high accountability, high output)
