We are now expanding our sales team as we work toward $20M in annual sales and new office expansion across Utah.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners face-to-face, educate them on roofing and storm damage restoration, and schedule free inspections.

You’ll start with paid training and base pay, then transition into commission with weekly bonuses and uncapped income once training is complete.

Our office handles project management, insurance paperwork, and backend operations — you focus on selling, building relationships, and earning income.

This role is designed for individuals who want high income potential, rapid advancement, and real sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods

• Schedule roof inspections and follow up with potential customers

• Track leads using SalesRabbit and JobNimbus

• Represent the company with professionalism and high energy

• Attend team meetings and ongoing field training

• Maintain consistent daily activity and performance standards

Compensation & Incentives

• Base pay during training

• Uncapped commission after training

• Weekly performance bonuses

• Training completion (graduation) bonus

• Weekly and monthly performance incentives

Realistic Income Expectations:

• Average: $500 – $1,500 per week

• Top Performers: $2,000 – $3,000+ per week

• Promotion to Closer: $5,000 – $10,000+ per month potential

There is no cap on income. Your performance determines your pay.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Comfortable working outdoors and talking to new people daily

• Independent, accountable, and coachable

• Sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required

We train the right attitude and work ethic.
