Position Overview

The Field Sales Consultant role is an outdoor, face-to-face position focused on generating leads, building relationships, and creating sales opportunities. You will introduce homeowners to our roofing and insurance restoration services, schedule free inspections, and help guide customers through the process.

You’ll start with paid training and base pay, then move into a commission-based role with weekly bonuses and uncapped income.

We handle project management, insurance paperwork, and backend operations — you focus on generating opportunities, selling, and earning.

This role is designed for individuals who want high income, rapid advancement, and real sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to generate qualified leads

• Explain roofing and storm restoration services clearly and professionally

• Schedule free roof inspections and maintain consistent follow-up

• Use digital tools (SalesRabbit, JobNimbus) to track leads and activity

• Attend team meetings and ongoing field training

• Maintain consistent daily activity and performance standards

Compensation & Incentives

• Base pay during training

• Uncapped commission after training

• Weekly performance bonuses

• Training completion (graduation) bonus

• Weekly and monthly incentives for top performers

• Company trips and performance rewards

Realistic Income Expectations:

• Average: $500 – $1,500 per week

• Top Performers: $2,000 – $3,000+ per week

• Promotion to Closer: $5,000 – $10,000+ per month potential

There is no cap on income. Your effort determines your pay.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, confident, and motivated personality

• Strong communication skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Comfortable working outdoors and talking with new people daily

• Sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
