Position Overview

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be the face of Aesthetic Roofing, helping homeowners understand their roofing options and scheduling free inspections with our experts. You’ll receive paid training and a bonus for completing it, plus a weekly base pay while you learn the ropes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners in local neighborhoods to introduce Aesthetic Roofing’s services
  
  

• Educate potential clients on roofing and storm restoration solutions
  
  

• Schedule inspections and follow up with homeowners to keep projects moving
  
  

• Track and manage leads in our CRM system
  
  

• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
