About Aesthetic Roofing

Aesthetic Roofing is a rapidly growing roofing and storm restoration company based in Utah. We specialize in insurance-based roofing, helping homeowners restore and protect their homes after storm damage.

We are currently expanding our field marketing team and looking for motivated, outgoing, and competitive individuals who want to start or grow a career in sales and field marketing.

This is an entry-level position with a fast promotion path into sales and leadership roles.

About the Role

As a Field Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility is lead generation and appointment setting. You will work outdoors, speak directly with homeowners, and schedule free roof inspections for our sales team.

This role is the entry point into high-income roofing sales and is designed for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income.

You generate the opportunity — our sales team closes the deal.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and speak with homeowners

• Schedule free roof inspections

• Promote Aesthetic Roofing’s services in local communities

• Collect customer information and set qualified appointments

• Track leads and ensure successful handoff to the sales team

• Represent the company professionally in the field

Compensation & Advancement

• Weekly pay

• Base pay or performance pay — whichever is greater

• Uncapped commission and weekly performance bonuses

• Training completion bonus

• Promotion opportunities into:

  • Sales Representative (Closer)

  • Team Lead

  • Field Sales Manager

Realistic Income Expectations:

• Average: $500 – $1,500 per week

• Top Performers: $2,000 – $3,000+ per week

This is a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential.
