This role leads our closer team and helps build a unit of 8–10 closers collectively producing
$1M+ per month in revenue.

Role Snapshot
● Lead and develop the closer team (5–7 reps initially)
● Player–coach leadership: 20–30% personal production expected
● Closers are promoted from our setter bench — you own the promotion standards
● Reports to CEO and works closely with leadership
Key Responsibilities
● Ride along with reps 3+ days per week to coach live deals
● Coach closers on presentations, objections, and closing strategy
● Run daily sales meetings and weekly performance reviews
● Review KPIs, pipeline, and performance metrics daily
● Maintain strong standards for activity, follow-up, and CRM usage
● Handle customer escalations before they reach leadership
● Partner with recruiter and canvassing leadership on the ideal closer profile
● Evaluate and promote top setters into the closer team
● Run role-plays, ride-along tryouts, and final interviews for new closers
● Improve scripts, sales processes, and execution of the existing sales system
This is a field-first leadership role (roughly 70% field / 30% office).
What Success Looks Like
Within 6–8 months, the closer team is producing:
● 10+ active closers
● 50+ contracts per month
● $1M+ monthly team revenue
● 35%+ close rate from qualified homeowner meetings
● New closers: first 2 contracts within 30 days, 5+ contracts/month by month 2
Top new closers ramp to:
● 10+ contracts/month by month 3
Top-performing reps typically average:
● ~20 inspections per week
● ~15 qualified meetings
● ~5 contracts written weekly
Requirements
This role is for proven door-to-door producers who want to lead a team.
Experience
● Door-to-door sales leadership
● Roofing or exterior home services (solar, siding, windows also considered)
● Insurance restoration experience strongly preferred
Track Record
● $1M+ in a single sales year OR
● $2M+ lifetime production strongly preferred
Leadership
● Managed or mentored 5+ sales reps
● Experience running sales meetings, ride-alongs, and KPI reviews
Skills
● Comfortable on roofs and in homeowner kitchens
● Strong closing and objection-handling ability
● Able to coach reps in real time
● Comfortable with KPIs, CRM systems, and performance accountability

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary
$80,000 – $100,000
Team Override
1% of collected revenue from your team’s jobs
Personal Commission
5% on deals you personally close
Compensation is uncapped - no quota ceiling for top performers

This is a field-based leadership role involving time:
● In the field with reps
● At homeowner appointments
● Coaching during ride-alongs
● We work defined territories in Northern Utah – no bouncing to random states every few
weeks.
