Aesthetic Roofing is looking for high-performing in‑home sales professionals who want to earn six figures by helping homeowners make big decisions with confidence.
This is a performance-driven field sales role, not an office job. You’ll run scheduled in‑home consultations, present roofing options, and close projects at the kitchen table. If you’ve sold solar, windows, HVAC, bath remodels, or other high-ticket products, your skills transfer directly.
What We Offer
$52k salary + commission
$85K–$130K+ realistic first-year income potential (top reps higher)

What the Role Actually Looks Like
Daily huddles and sales training
2-3 in‑home consultations with homeowners per day
Presenting clear roofing options and asking for the sale
Following up on open estimates until they buy or decide no
Owning your calendar and showing up to 100% of scheduled appointments on time
Generating referrals and neighborhood opportunities around your appointments
We’re Looking For
Proven experience in commission-based in‑home sales (roofing, solar, windows, HVAC, etc.)
Comfortable working when homeowners are home (afternoons, evenings, weekends)
Competitive, self‑driven, and coachable in training and roleplay
Strong communication and closing skills at the kitchen table
Clean, professional appearance; willing to wear company uniform and follow standards
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
